Athena Papanicolaou
As the Director of Quality Assurance, Athena is in constant communication with Morningside Translations’ customers by frequently traveling throughout the U.S. and Europe for on-site meetings with clients. She oversees Morningside’s QA workflow to create solutions for the client and expand the scope of the company.
Athena joined Morningside Translations in 2005 as an associate in business development, and generated 15% of the company’s new sales in her first year. Recognizing her business acumen, Morningside Translations moved Athena into operations. Her talent for leadership was validated by her impressive management of the explosive 60% growth of the company’s revenues in her first year.
Athena’s innate ability to strategize proved to be a great asset in the selection and implementation of the current client-driven project management software employed by Morningside Translations. Athena received her Bachelor of Science in Management and Business from Skidmore College. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Stern School of Business at NYU.
