Yona Rosenberg has been an integral member of the Morningside leadership since her arrival in 2003. The company’s high morale and increased employee productivity originates from Yona’s implementation of the Morningside employee standard; because the company cares, the employees care about the company and that care extends to the clients. When Yona sees that a team has solidified as a cohesive unit and achieved a major objective, she feels that she has fulfilled her role. Yona’s ability to see both sides of an issue and resolve it with her business sense keeps humanity in the world of business.
Because Yona has sat in each role in the company, she knows exactly what it takes to excel at it. This high-level perspective, coupled with her B.A. degrees in both French Studies and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, has been instrumental in the expansion of the company.
