The portal has been customized with our clients’ needs in mind, and is therefore streamlined, highly secure and user-friendly.

Request, Manage, and Track Your Projects Online

Morningside’s easy-to-use, web-based portal enables clients to manage their project portfolio at any time, from anywhere in the world. Our client portal lets you:

  • Quickly initiate new projects or request quotes
  • Track the status of ongoing projects
  • Download completed projects
  • Produce detailed reports on project volumes
  • Get contact details for project managers
  • Search for past projects by PO number, our reference number, language, and more.

Using the portal, our clients can easily request, manage, and track all of their projects online and in real time. Our easy step-by-step wizard allows users to quickly initiate new projects or quote requests. All files pertaining to a given project, including source files and final translations, can be downloaded via the portal. With just a click of a button, clients can check on the current status of their project, track its progress, and produce and export detailed reports. Users can directly contact the Project Manager in charge of a given project and view their spend on an accrued, and per-project basis, so that Morningside’s cost efficiency is made evident as each project is completed.

Client Portal Training

The Account Services team provides several options for user training on our Client Portal:

  • Standing training sessions are conducted twice per week (via Skype meeting):
    • Tuesdays @ 10:00 am ET – 10:30 am ET
    • Thursdays @ 1:00 pm ET – 1: 30 pm ET

Sessions are conducted via Skype for Business.  Simply click here at the scheduled time to join. (Please plan on connecting 5 minutes early to allow time for the Skype plug-in installation if necessary.)

  • 1:1 or group training can also be scheduled with Account Services as needed
