Morningside Translations was proud to support Summer Jobs for Boston teens through our sponsorship of the Boston Bar Foundation’s Annual Casino Night fundraiser. Held on Thursday, March 31st, Casino Night raised over $45,000, helping the Boston Bar Foundation provide 10 paid summer internships for Boston Public School students at non-profits, government offices and the courts through the BBA Summer Jobs Program. The program, which is a collaboration among the BBA, Boston Public Schools, the Mayor’s Office and law firms throughout Boston, has provided more than 750 summer employment opportunities for young people since 1993.
As a King Sponsor, Morningside enjoyed the table games, food & drink and bidding on some exciting silent auction items, which highlighted the best of sports and culture that Boston has to offer. The event offered a great chance to connect with legal colleagues in a relaxed and festive setting while supporting an important opportunity for Boston youth.
