Our dedicated Professional Services team works closely with new clients to fully assess your needs, current processes, timeline and goals. We help you establish critical resources such as glossaries and style guides, and have them in place before the first project is started. We custom-design efficient workflows to ensure you have a quality experience and we provide training on the use of our client platforms to facilitate easy and secure submission and tracking of your requests.

Client Platforms

Our secure, web-based platforms allow clients to request quotes, place orders and track projects online 24/7. You can also download files, generate reports and view previous projects with the click of a button. For general translation and interpretation projects, our clients use the Morningside Gateway platform. For patent translation and filing and other IP services (e.g., recordals), clients submit projects through the Morningside IP Platform.

Client Platform Training

Morningside provides several options for user training on our client platforms:

  • Instant access to an assortment of training videos and downloadable User Guides.
  • One-on-one or group training can also be scheduled with Morningside’s Professional Services Team, as needed.
