NEW YORK, NY (Feb 23, 2021) — The 2021 results are in! Every year, Morningside conducts a Client Satisfaction Survey to collect feedback and ensure that we continue providing best-in-class service to our clients. And we’re especially proud of this year’s results. We scored 98% for customer satisfaction and 97% for overall satisfaction with Morningside! We also achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +65, considered between “excellent” and “world-class,” and approximately twice the average score for B2B companies. These numbers demonstrate our continued efforts to improve all aspects of our IP and language services.
