There, Brittany is responsible for the trademark management and prosecution of the GKN trademarks across the globe and for protecting GKN Automotive’s patent assets through contracting. He has proven expertise in strategizing and implementing IP training programs for Global 1,000 companies.

Daniel Barta | Senior IP Counsel for H.B. Fuller Company

Responsible for managing a global patent portfolio, including drafting and prosecuting patents worldwide and managing enforcement and licensing strategies. Transactional work includes negotiating research and development agreements and drafting research and manufacturing-related contracts. Responsible for trade secret management, enforcement, and litigation in various manufacturing sites throughout the world. Oversees trademark strategies, including registration and portfolio management.
